A Jaipur property consultancy built on repeat customers
Aadharshila Dream Homes is a Jaipur-based property consultancy helping families and investors buy, sell and rent residential and commercial property across the city. From affordable flats in Jhotwara to premium villas in Vaishali Nagar and open plots along Kalwar Road and Ajmer Road, we handle every deal personally — site visit to registry — so you always know exactly where you stand.
The company is run personally by its two directors, Anil Khandelwal and Atul Sharma. Between them they handle every enquiry that comes in — site visits, price negotiation, bank coordination and registry paperwork. That is deliberate: when you are putting your life's savings into a property, you should be able to reach the person who is actually accountable for the deal, not a call centre.
We work across both sides of a transaction. If you are buying, we shortlist only what genuinely fits your budget and locality preference, and we tell you plainly when a property is not worth it. If you are selling or renting out, we bring you verified buyers and tenants and handle the documentation end to end. Our strongest inventory is in north-west Jaipur — Jhotwara, Niwaru Road, Kalwar Road and Vaishali Nagar — but we deal actively in Mansarovar, along Ajmer Road, and anywhere in the city where we can add real value.
